The Client with the 10 Million Euros PPE Contract
I love helping my clients. I really enjoy their success as much as they do, maybe even more.
But this week was exceptional by any standard though.
Take one German entrepreneur, a longstanding client of my firm, and add in the biggest crisis seen since the Second World War. And what happens? My client, being an entrepreneur, spots a gap in the market for the much needed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the ongoing fight against Covid-19.
So being German he sets about contacting that nation’s government and brokers a deal whereby – via his contacts with PPE manufacturers – he sources tons of PPE for the German armed forces and others. It is a huge consignment. Now before you think this story is going to be a straightforward one, think again.
